Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of items. Items must be in original, unworn condition. We do not offer refunds. Gift cards and items marked as sales are final. Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact the store with any questions.
All consignment items are final sales and will not be taken back for returns under any circumstances.
Consignment Agreement
Information: We accept women’s plus size clothing that is high quality and in “like new” condition. All items must be cleaned, freshly washed, in season and in style. No clothing older than 2 years.
There is no limit to how many items. Please make sure it is the best of the best. We have limited space in store for consignment and want to offer our customers the best selection. Please don’t take it personally if we reject an item or items that you bring in. We only consign items that we think will appeal to our customers. No modification of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Price: At Bold and Curvy, we use our knowledge of the market and our experience to set our prices. We price your items based on several factors- brand, the season, the condition of your item, and what the market will bear.
Payment: You receive 50% of the selling price as in store credit. In store credit can be used at anytime.
Consigning period:Your items stay on the sales floor for 4 weeks after 4 weeks we may reduce your item 40% of the selling price. If not sold within 2 more weeks we may take off the rack.
Unsold items:You may pick up your items at anytime during or after the consignment period, but it is your responsibility to do so. Items left after 30 days will be donated. You can choose to donate your clothing instead of picking them up. We are currently donating all clothing to Lily Pad’s in Peru. Please let us know if you would like it donated or if you would like to pick. If items are not picked up after 2 weeks after the consignment period or after we email/call for pick up, all items will automatically be donated.
Insurance: Bold and Curvy is not responsible for any damages to the cosigned item due to sun exposure, fire, theft or otherwise.
